Registration
Dixon Montessori Charter School accepts applications from interested families throughout the school year.
The first step in the registration process is to complete and return a registration checklist. A school official will notify families by phone or by e-mail if the school will be able to enroll a child. At that time a registration packet will be provided to the child’s parents or guardians. Parents or guardians finalize the application process by completing and returning the registration packet and required registration documentation to Dixon Montessori.
Students are enrolled at Dixon Montessori, as space is available. If there is more enrollment demand than available space, students are selected through a random public drawing. The school follows the enrollment procedures outlined in the school’s charter.

DMCS regularly participates in community activities such as the Dixon Block Party, Tree Lighting Ceremony and May Fair Parade to expand community awareness of the school program. The school advertises it’s priority open enrollment period through articles in local and area newspapers, by radio announcements and enrollment fairs.
