The 8th annual Dragonfly Dinner and Auction
Our largest fundraiser is quickly approaching! Mark your calendars for March 21st
6-10 to attend this fun-filled event! This annual event raises over $20,000 for our students.
It allows us to keep the extras at our school that we all so much want for our children.
It cannot be successful without YOU! Donations are needed immediately to start
acquiring our wonderful auction list. Can you donate a basket from your place of
work? Perhaps you are an Independent sales representative of Scentsy, Avon or
other such organizations that could donate a basket to auction off. Do you have
connections to other places that would be willing to donate items for the DMCS
auction? Official Donation letters will be sent out this week but please start
bringing in donations to the office now!
There are other ways to help to prepare for the Dragonfly Dinner and Auction as well.
Please contact your child’s teacher if you would like to help out with a classroom project
to be auctioned off or decorations to be used in the hall. We appreciate any help that you
can provide towards this wonderful upcoming fundraiser event.

We need your help!
Please volunteer. We need people who can help with planning and pre-event coordination, as well as to work 1-hour shifts at the event. Sign up on the sheets outside the office.
We need donations!
Can you help solicit donations from businesses you frequent, or work for? Here are some ideas...
- Gift cards or certificates (restaurants, theaters, retail)
- Services (babysitting, housecleaning, swim lessons, hair styling)
- Tickets (sport events, theater)
